It was the year 1887 when Conrad Pamme, a trainded saddler and upholsterer, started business in the small town of Delbrück. The founder's son, Georg Pamme, began his apprenticeship in 1909. Later, he took over the aspiring business. The company continued to grow until everything came to an abrupt end with the outbreak of the Second World War. At the end of the war, Conrad Pamme, the grandson of the founder, started up production again together with a handful of employees.
Capacity was expanded with success, the plant area extended to 1,800 square metres and there was also investment in modern machines an a vehicle pool, so that in 1957 60 employees were producing upholstery of the highest quality. Hans-Georg Pamme joined the company and today he employs approx. 300 people over an area of 55,000 square metres. Meanwhile with Pascal Pamme the fifth generation has entered the wellestablished family business.
